Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow

Fannie Willis did the unthinkable. You know, for an attorney, she makes so many mistakes that it's almost laughable if she wasn't in such a serious position
0:31
But she is and she's prosecuting the former President of the United States
0:35
Well, on a phone call with one of Trump's co-defendants, Harrison Floyd, on the phone call with his attorney, she recorded the call
0:44
Here's the problem. The attorney is in Maryland. That's a two-party state
0:50
It means that you have to have the consent of both people on the call in order to record the call
0:55
Everybody who's on the call has to consent to being recorded. Georgia, you only need one-party consent
1:02
You'd think an attorney general, a district attorney would look this up, find out this little bit of factual information before recording another attorney
1:11
Not only is it unethical, it's illegal. And if she doesn't recuse herself, as Harrison Floyd said, either recuse yourself or face criminal charges
1:21
He said he will put her in jail. Now, I want you to listen to this Democrat attorney talk about it
1:26
This is a Democrat attorney, absolutely lambasting Fannie Willis, saying she needs to get off this case and recuse herself
1:33
I want you to listen to this person talk to Brian Kilmeade and then let me know what you think
1:37
I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you
1:42
Take care, everybody. I do want to get your take on the move right now to push Fannie Willis off this case
1:49
The judge is listening to that argument. Who do you think will prevail here, judging by the judge's decision last time to say Nathan Wade had to go
1:59
Well, I think if Fannie Willis had any real interest in this case, she would resign or recuse herself from it
2:07
This is an utter embarrassment. I mean, this looks to me, in my opinion, this was a kickback scheme where she hired a boyfriend who was then providing her all kinds of benefits
2:23
I think the whole claim about the reimbursements is hard to believe
2:32
I think the claims about when the relationship began, I think those are very hard to believe
2:36
I think the judge was right to allow the Trump team to appeal
2:40
And I think there's not just the question about whether she should be kicked off the case
2:45
I think there's a question potentially about perjury moving forward that the state could take up
2:51
The legislature is going to look into. So I think there is I mean, just the you know, the standard in Georgia is the is a conflict or the appearance of a conflict
3:02
And given that the there is a strong appearance that Fannie Lewis had a economic incentive for the case to move forward
3:13
I mean, I don't know how you argue this is not an appearance of a conflict
3:17
Julian. In any case, this is an utter embarrassment for the you know, amongst many other embarrassments for the the the lawfare crowd that is, you know, first prosecuting Trump in the 11th hour of this campaign
3:32
Julian Epstein, thanks so much for being fair and balanced. Appreciate it. Julian Epstein. Thanks for having me again
