BREAKING: Biden Off Ohio Election Ballot - White House In Panic

scenario unfolding right now for Joe Biden. We have breaking news. He could be off the ballot

in one of the major states in this country, Ohio, a state a lot of people believe you need to win

grow. ABC News is breaking this story. They have received the legal letter that was sent to the

Democrat National Committee from the Secretary of State's office in Ohio. The letter says that

if Biden does not get on the ballot before the Democrat National Convention when they officially

nominate him, he will not be eligible to be on the ballot in Ohio. What does this mean? It means

the Democrats either have to move up their convention, nominate Biden ahead of the

convention or do something with Ohio because Ohio has a date that you need to be on their ballot by

and that date is weeks before the Democrat National Convention when Biden officially gets

nominated. Being off the Ohio ballot would be devastating for Joe Biden. I want to read you

from the ABC report. In the letter obtained by ABC News, legal counsel for Secretary of State

Frank LaRose sought clarification for a quote apparent an apparent conflict in Ohio law between

the Democratic National Committee's nominating process and the deadline by which the party's

presidential nominee must be certified to the Secretary of State's office. The Democratic

National Convention is scheduled to convene on August 19th which will take place more than a

week after the August 7th deadline to certify a presidential candidate in Ohio. The office flagged

according to state code which would create a problem for Biden's eligibility. I am left to

conclude that the Democratic National Committee must either move up its nominating convention

or the Ohio General Assembly must act by May 9, 2024, 90 days prior to a new law's effective date

To create an exception to this statutory requirement, legal counsel Paul DeSantis wrote

in the letter requesting a quick response on a solution to become compliant with state law

The Ohio Democratic Party confirmed to ABC News that they received the letter and are in the

process of reviewing it. Copied on the letter were top Ohio Democrats, Ohio House Minority Leader

Alison Russo and Ohio Senate Minority Leader Nikki Antonio. Ohio used to be a battleground

state which is what they're saying here but it's been pretty right in recent years and Trump won it

huge in 2016 and 2020. Now a spokesman for the Biden campaign said we're monitoring the situation

in Ohio and we're confident that Joe Biden will be on the ballot in all 50 states. But the law

is the law and if a resolution is not reached in a timely fashion, Joe Biden's not going to be on

the ballot in Ohio and that is tremendously damaging to any presidential candidate. Now if

it were up to me, Joe Biden wouldn't be on the ballot in any of the 50 states. He's a horrible

choice for president but this is who the Democrats have. I want to know your opinion on this so please
