Recognizing someone’s good qualities or appreciating people for their good deeds motivates them to keep up the good work. However, many of my ESL students face difficulties appreciating people in English as they have limited knowledge about appropriate expressions of appreciation. Appreciating someone’s success and achievement can boost them to move forward with their future endeavor. Whether you are the high official of a company or a parent, your appreciation is required to acknowledge your employees’ or children’s hard work and effort.
