Learning From My "Failure": 3 Tips For Greater Compassion
Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how we learn from them that makes all the difference. In this video, I share three tips for greater compassion. I also share how I am personally applying these tips regarding my most recent "failure". I put quotes around "failure" because after my initial disappointment I am seeing this is an opportunity to learn, grow and connect. What am I talking about? The Mindful Journaling Group! Name it. Write it down. #3 Kind Self Talk - How would you speak to a friend if they were feeling disappointed? Say these words to yourself! Of course, it can be difficult to speak positively towards yourself or to get out of a rut.
