How to make oats sandwich

It's a great Tiffin option/ evening snacks/ Travel food option too.
Procedure:
▶️ Crepe:
Grind 2/3rd cup oats along with salt in fine powder. Break an egg, add little water/ milk , whisk to make a homogenous batter. Add 1 to 2 tsp while wheat powder for better smooth batter.
Grease tawa and make crepes out of the batter just like how we make dosa/ cheela.
▶️ Pre prepared aloo masala:
Heat ghee/ butter.
Sprinkle mustard seeds 1/3rd tsp, heeng powder (1/3 tsp)
Add fine chopped onions (2 tbsp)
Once it turn translucent.
Add mashed boiled potato/ aloo (2 big)
Sprinkle fresh coriander chops, turmeric, black pepper powder, salt per taste and make a nice aloo masala.
▶️Put this masala in the crepe & wrap like an omlette. Cut with a pizza cutter. Offer with home made tomato dates chutney or pudina lemon chutney.
