In this video we start in the late winter and begin by preparing our roses. I show the easiest to follow pruning techniques that can be accomplished in late winter or early spring to create a lovely structure for your rose plants. My easy to follow method will answer any pruning questions you may have. We watch the plants progress into spring and see how the plants have responded to the pruning. The video ends by showing the roses begin their blooming cycle at the very end of spring time. During the course of the video I offer some additional tips such as the correct pruning shears to use, the best fertilizer to use, as well as how to correctly deadhead and remove old flower heads.
