1 lb (450g) of lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30ml) of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp (30ml) of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (30g) of finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup (30g) of finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup (30g) of finely chopped bell pepper (any color)
- 2 tbsp (10g) of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: a pinch of Old Bay seasoning for extra flavor
