New Mobile Home Parks are hard to find these days. Finding a nice lot to place a new Mobile Home can be a very daunting task. I talk to a lot of people who are ready to buy their new home but then can’t find anywhere to put it. This project I’ve been working on will solve that problem for at least one family in Salmon Arm, this lot is amazing! It’s a massive lot at the end of the street and backs on to green space on one side. In this episode I demolish the old home and get ready to bring in a brand new house.
