### Sausage Balls
**Ingredients:**
- 1 pound ground sausage (pork or turkey)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick mix (biscuit mix)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a bit of heat
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix. Add the milk and mix until well combined. If you want a bit of spice, mix in the cayenne pepper.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
