How To Stay Positive In Your Quest To Find Love Audio Hypnosis

You can be seated or you can be lying down. Silence any other devices, turn off notifications and minimise any distractions

I know that you are listening to this for a reason. Maybe you feel downbeat about the prospect of finding love

Maybe you feel lonely. Maybe you feel unhappy. Maybe you feel like giving up hope of finding a partner altogether

And yet you want to change all of that old thinking, don't you

So why not, just for the next few minutes, take this time to really focus on you

And cultivate a mindset along with empowering beliefs and emotions that will assist you

to stay positive in your quest to find love. Because you deserve to love and to be loved

So let's begin by taking a deep breath in and breathe out

Take another deep breath in and breathe out. And as you do, allow your eyes to close now

Really get comfortable and settle in here. Have a sense that all distractions can fade away

And let my voice be your guide on this journey into hypnosis

Hypnosis is very relaxing. And as your body begins to relax now, you'll notice that your mind develops more focus

and more awareness. As it does, it becomes open to the suggestions and the insights contained within this audio

It's okay to go ahead and relax now. Feel the surface beneath you and know that you are safe

As you continue to listen to my words, which follow you wherever you go

I want you to know that you are in control. And at any time you can choose to get up and carry on with your day

But maybe, just for now, you can relax a little more. As you give yourself permission to gently drift into relaxation

Breathing slowly and deeply. Letting go of all the tension in your body

Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed. Feel that the muscles in your face become more relaxed

Then release your shoulders. Allow the front of your body to relax

Feel the back of your body release. Your arms become heavier and more relaxed

Allowing your body to sink deeper into the surface beneath you

Feel that your legs become heavy and relaxed now

Breathing smoothly and evenly. Feeling comfortable and calm here

Notice your breath as you breathe in and out

Become aware of the sound of your breath

Follow the path of the breath as you breathe in and out

Maybe you can notice where the breath lands in your body. Some days it's high up in the chest

Other days it's lower down into the body. With each breath, feel that you are sinking more deeply into relaxation

Have a sense that the outside world is fading away. You are free from distractions

And as you relax more deeply, you can focus your mind and your thinking

on cultivating positivity in your quest to find love

Maybe as you breathe smoothly and deeply, you can notice that your body feels calm and comfortable

And your mind is quieter and more focused. As you are creating more space for a greater awareness of being optimistic

and knowing that you are worthy and lovable. Because you are in control, you can choose to take on board these suggestions and insights

and believe them as being true for you now. Because it's easy for you to integrate these empowering emotions and this mindset

and really own it. As you continue to relax, I want you to bring to mind a time in the past

when perhaps you were feeling downbeat about the prospect of finding love

You might have been feeling lonely, unhappy and forlorn. Finding love somehow seemed out of reach

And you were nearing the point of giving up hope of finding a partner altogether

As you go back to this time, inside your mind, I want you to float up above this memory

And float up and above it so that you're looking down at your past self

You can see and make sense of what's happening. And yet you're maintaining some distance and perspective of the situation

Then as you float up above this memory, just stop and consider what your most successful and encouraging self would say to your past self

What knowledge, what guidance, what insights or resources would your most successful and encouraging self share with your past self in this situation

I want you to observe your past self, embracing all of this wisdom

from your most successful and encouraging self. And see that your past self is deciding to move forward in a positive and optimistic way

Realising that in the past you might not have felt worthy of love

Or you might have felt that you weren't attractive enough or successful enough

Or that you simply weren't good enough. But you are now unconsciously and consciously making the decision right now

to let go of all of that old thinking. Let go of those old beliefs and attitudes and emotions

All of that is erased. In its place, you are installing positive and empowering beliefs and emotions

that will serve you in your quest for finding love. Have a sense now that those empowering and positive beliefs and emotions are moving through you

And that from the past you have some hard-won, valuable lessons that serve as positive resources now and into the future

Which fill you with optimism, confidence and self-worth. Become aware of your optimism, your inner confidence and your genuine self

as you unite with your true essence and with love. Realising that you are truly worthy of love

You are lovable. You are of value. And that you now have a positive mindset

that is realistic and focused on finding healthy love. As you have let go of those old limiting beliefs and emotions

that means that you are now focused on your positive and optimistic quest for love

and your happy and bright future. Have a sense that you can see yourself growing and developing a positive and realistic ideal

for finding a happy and healthy relationship with a partner who you love and who loves you

Feel that you can maintain your positivity and focus on this journey

Hear yourself engaging in positive and encouraging internal dialogue as you embrace your self-worth and know that you are totally lovable

Allow yourself to raise the corners of your mouth and gently smile to yourself

because you are now ready to take inspired action to positively move forward in your quest to find love

And you're grateful that from here on in you can only move forwards into the future

guided by your positive mindset and your empowering emotions and beliefs. Embracing your future self as you know that your present self is aware, focused and optimistic

because of all the changes that you've made during this session of hypnosis

And you know that those changes will have a ripple effect that positively shapes all the various areas of your life

In your mind you can see and feel that the choices and decisions that you make from now on

are because of your empowering mindset and your positivity. You know that you will take action that is aligned with your true essence and your genuine self

Knowing that this is truly who you are now because you are committed to this self-image and this way of being

As you allow this mindset to expand I invite you to repeat these affirmations
