Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil Pasta Bake

cheese this is the pasta bake for you

it's dead easy to make i'll show you how

start with some oil in a pan add onion

and garlic soften a little then add two

tins of chopped tomatoes a teaspoon of

oregano a pinch of salt some black

pepper and a teaspoon of soft brown

sugar just to cut through the acidity of

the tomatoes let that simmer away for

about 10 minutes while you cook your

pasta and then you can start layering so

put half your pasta into a dish i used

archiiet you can use any short pasta you

want top with some fresh basil leaves

and half of your tomato sauce then get a

big bowl of mozzarella and layer all of

it over the top of that pasta then do

the same again pasta

basil sauce and mozzarella and what you

get is that layer of mozzarella in the

middle goes super gooey and pulley and

incredible you're going to love this so

layer that extra sauce over the top

don't worry if it doesn't fully cover

the pasta you might end up with some

kind of golden crunchy bits of pasta

once you've baked it in the oven but

honestly those are the best bits top

with a little Parmesan put in the oven

at 220°

for about half an hour and you'll get

this golden brown cheesy delicious
