this is such a LoveHate recipe but in my
0:03
house we adore it my toddler calls it
0:05
pink pasta and it is so easy and
0:08
delicious to make start with a baking
0:10
tray lined with some baking parchments
0:12
and add a block of feta and some diced
0:15
beet treat so you'll recognize that this
0:18
is similar to that Viral baked feta
0:21
pasta but we're using beet treat here
0:24
and that brings incredible sweetness and
0:26
earthiness and it's just so good I'm
0:29
also adding a a diced onion but that's
0:31
optional bake in the oven for about 30
0:35
minutes at 180° oh and also top with
0:38
some oregano and salt and pepper just as
0:41
with the viral baked Fetter recipe that
0:44
feta is going to go all creamy and melty
0:47
and create this lovely sauce and the
0:49
beetro is going to be just beautifully
0:52
cooked while that's doing you can cook
0:55
your pasta I Ed some fresh pen then
0:58
drain and then this is why use the
1:00
baking parchment so that you can just
1:02
quickly and easily scoot that filling
1:05
into your
1:06
pasta and you don't have to scrub loads
1:09
of beetroot juice off your pan when You'
1:12
popped it in there just give it a good
1:13
mix up and you can add a dash of
1:15
reserved pasta water if it's looking a
1:17
little bit dry it'll go a beautiful pink
1:20
color just like this it's sweet and
1:23
salty and savory and absolutely amazing
1:27
for beetro fans
