0:02

0:07
a little olive oil in a pan and add one
0:10
chopped onion soften for a few minutes
0:13
and then add your cett this was two
0:16
large corett just sliced cook until you
0:20
get a little bit of color on your cett
0:22
you'll want them just slightly golden
0:25
then you can add two or three chopped
0:27
garlic cloves and give that a bit of a
0:31
stir then de glaze with a little bit of
0:33
water or white wine if you
0:36
choose before adding your Pata and a
0:39
little more water to make quite a
0:42
liquidy broth because you'll then add
0:45
the Noy and that will suck up some of
0:48
that liquid and make it just the most
0:50
perfect consistency fresh Noy takes just
0:54
3 or 4 minutes to cook in a sauce and
0:56
you'll know when it's done when it's
