Dollywood’s Harvest Festival was named Best Fall Theme Park Event last year in USA Today. We continue every year to try to grow the footprint of Great Pumpkin Lumenites because that has been so popular

This is our fourth year for Great Pumpkin Lumenites and just from year one to two we doubled the footprint because of how much demand there is for that kind of product

So we continue to grow it every year. With this year you're going to find new elements in Wildwood Grove

So as soon as you walk through the portal into Wildwood Grove, the Wildwood Grove sign has some beautiful butterfly pumpkins that are just beautiful

This year, we have a brand-new field of pumpkin sunflowers. It's so neat

They actually, it's almost like a totem pole pumpkins that are different heights

There's, I think, maybe six different heights in there, and it's a field of 48 flowers

It's gorgeous. The stalks glow green at night and the flower itself is like that warm yellow glow

So it's really something to see. You're going to love that. It just has such a nice atmosphere

We are so excited to be opening Dollywood's Harvest Festival. It's been a fan favorite for years

And this year, one of the things we're very excited for our guests to come discover are our colossal pumpkins

This is a new element for us. We've had big pumpkins in the past, but this year they are colossal

We have a baby colossal and it weighs about 300 pounds. Then we got a pumpkin that weighs more than 1500 pounds So we very excited for our guests to come see these We actually found a group of farmers who were very interested in having their pumpkins on display at Dollywood It a neat thing they do They actually have a contest They kind of get together

They bring all their pumpkins and they weigh them, and that happens in Kentucky, and so they did that

just this past weekend, and they weighed their pumpkins, and after they declared a winner, which

we actually did end up with a winner, so we were proud of that, but once they had a winner, the next

They loaded up, they came down to Dollywood with their pumpkins, and now we have them to show everybody

I think we ended up with 11 colossal pumpkins. You'll find them in Market Square, and they're from different farms around the country

So that's kind of a neat thing for us to show off all that Dollywood has to offer

This year has been interesting for all of us to figure out how do we do what we do safely

How do we accommodate CDC guidelines and make everyone feel comfortable that we're doing what we can to be safe and distanced

but still enjoy all the things that Dollywood is known for. Of course, we're known for our entertainment

So this fall, we still have our entertainment outside. And you know what

We have almost like pop-up stages that are going to be really neat. We have more roaming entertainment
