I Tried Kickboxing In Moscow! In this short video I explain how my first session in a Moscow kickboxing club went. The last club I had belonged to was in the UK about 10 years before. I was not very well-prepared for this session, but got through it without injury. It's a whole-body form of training which really suits me and also it's something that can be done if the weather outside is bad.
