Transcript I'm in a northern suburb of Moscow and Moscow is subject to occasional squalls in the summer. We've had very warm temperatures up to about 37° recently. Uh this tree fell down yesterday. And already they've arrived and mobilized guys and uh chopped it up all ready for removal. There's a lot of green spaces around the blocks. That’s a school actually over there. But there's a lot of green areas around the multiple residential blocks in Moscow which is very pleasant actually for walking. A lot of people have little dogs here, walking dogs. It's very pleasant. But what's always impressive in Russia and Moscow especially where I am is that the ability of local government to mobilize people very quickly to deal with problems in the street. This is not actually critical. You can easily walk around this tree. It did partially cover the pavement but it was immediately removed and it's being chopped up and taken away. Very good. And uh just talking about the mobilization of course with big projects, bridges, underground stations are improving, expanding rapidly to the outskirts and beyond of Moscow. Very good at mobilizing, implementing plans without setback. They do take place on time or very close to the predicted time. That's one thing that's impressive and it's a fact. I'm not lying.
