Cold spaghetti is the best I'm telling you All right, seven pound seven days seven cities day five and we're in Bristol

Breakfast. Now I'm thinking something light. I'm going to head to a supermarket and see what I can find

Okay so I went straight to the discount aisle and found a few things I think I in a mood for salad

I found a bag for 35 pence. I found some carrots for 30 pence

And cucumber for 18 pence. There you have it. Something light to start the day

Alright, let's chef it up. This isn't weird at all is it

Alright, we're in luck

Look what I found Now there a misconception about places like this being only for the less fortunate and the vulnerable but in fact they need people like you and I come in here to keep them running Here how

So if I wasn't on a challenge and I came here for a meal and they tell me the advised price is

£2.50 right and I pay a fiver because I can so it's pay what you can

what I've just done there now is one help reduce food waste two support

the growth of the cafe and in return three support the community

if that makes sense but now me being on a challenge or living a situation

where i have no money i could just come here for a meal and what i'll be doing then is helping to

reduce food waste now if i didn't just want to come here for free meal but i had no money to pay

i could pay another way by offering my time or volunteering to do the dishes or sweep up or help

them do deliveries so trading by barter exchanging a service for food so there loads of different options here monday so i stick you down for then thank you so much yeah is that cool yeah

dinner now my salad breakfast cost 87 pence so I've got 13 pence left for dinner

And guess what? I found spaghetti for exactly that. 13 pence. Perfecto. Dinner is served
