I hate you sent me these wrist weights and they're going to be one pound and these are of course going to be the black ones but they come in a bunch of different colors so I'm going to do a quick overview of it

So for starters the first thing to note is how smooth these actually are. It seems to have like some sort of rubber coating over these weights and there's one, two, three, four, five, six separate ones

One thing to note is you can't take these off. They're actually all going to be sewn inside

So the only thing you can do is adjust these two straps and the way I do that is just by putting it on my wrist

Just like so and as you can see it's loose. So if I want to go ahead and tighten it, I can just rotate this

clockwise and there it tightens just like so and now it's gonna be around my wrist and I can rotate it

So over here would be a little bit more comfortable and I could tighten it a little bit more

There's just like that now if it's a little bit too tight or I want to go ahead and loosen it up All I have to do is just turn it the opposite way

so instead of clockwise it would be counterclockwise and then I can just go ahead and remove it just

like so. So I put both the weight on my wrist and it was real easy to go ahead and do and basically

what you would use these for would just be just to give you like extra resistance so whether you're

you know working out with these you know you can go ahead and do arm raises with some dumbbells

and this would be additional weight or if you're just going out and doing just regular work and

you want it to be a little bit more challenging you know you can go ahead and do so but these

also do go ahead and fit on your ankles as well too so to do that again I'll just go ahead and

loosen this up. Now depending on how big your feet are it might not fit so in my case because I have

I guess big feet this is not going to fit around over here but if you have like a slightly smaller foot or this part over here is narrower you probably have an easier time putting this on your ankle Now as far as comfort goes I will say these can get pretty tight but I did go ahead and tighten it as much as possible so it

that's a little bit more comfortable and then same thing goes for the other one and just like that

Now these of course do feel really secure, they're not going to come off anytime soon as you see here

I'm shaking it all around. What I will say is I of course do feel that these are on my wrist because

again I mean they're a pound so this does have weight to it. It's not hurting me whatsoever

which is real good. The only place where it does get uncomfortable is if I try to go ahead and flex

my wrist even more. So if I go ahead and try to do a push-up, as you see over here my wrists are

bent all the way and I do go ahead and feel pressure here. But to alleviate that I can just

go ahead and loosen it and then just bring it upwards a little bit more and tighten it

So it's higher on my wrist. There, just like that. So now when I bend, the part of my wrist doesn't go ahead and collide with the weights

And I can go ahead and easily just do a push-up. Or if you were using these, you know, while doing yoga and your hands were down

you can do downward dog, upward dog, child's pose, you know, anything like that

And you can still go ahead and stretch comfortably. So overall, these wrist weights are really easy to use

And I do like the fact how simple it is just to go ahead and tighten it or loosen it
