The only time I had edamame would be in poke bowls and then I came across these crunchy edamame bean snacks

So I want to give them a first taste test and see what I think about them. Now these are going to be awesome just because they're going to be gluten free, GMO free, high end protein, keto friendly, vegan

And there's basically a bunch of good stuff with it and so I want to see how well these taste

So I'm starting off with the least calorie one which is going to be just the regular edamame that's with salt

These are going to be 114 calories per serving and keep in mind there's going to be four servings in the bag

This one is also going to have 14 grams of protein per serving. We're going to have five grams of fiber and fiber is going to be on all these

And as far as ingredients goes, it's going to be very little. There's only going to be edamame, sea salt, and soybean oil

So let's get right into it. Now I'm going to be having these just like this

But of course you can go ahead and put them in salads, put them in sandwiches or wherever you want to put them

and here's what they go ahead and look like. Now these are just gonna be the sea salt version so Oh yeah I taste the salt Now these taste literally like peanuts Yeah I would never expect it to taste like this They taste like regular peanuts It tastes pretty good so I do

like them. So if you like peanuts you're definitely gonna go ahead and like the sea salt variant

But now it's time to go ahead and try the next one. And this one's gonna be the sriracha flavor

So I will say I'm not the biggest fan of sriracha. I'm not I can't take my heat very well

So let's see how hot this really is. But beforehand. Let me just drink some water as a palate cleanser

So this is gonna have 138 calories per serving It's gonna have 13 grams of protein 8 grams of carbs with again five of it being fiber

And as far as smell goes they don smell very strong which is good That means they probably not going to be too spicy and I try one of these first But beforehand here how they look like
