So today I'm taking a look at the Renfo Iris One

It's supposed to give relaxation to your eyes. So today I want to test it out to see how well this really works

So the box lifts right up. And the first thing I see on top is going to be the user manual

Here's a closer look at it. And we also are going to get a small battery inside that baggie

And I can get rid of the desiccant bag. In the center there's going to be the remote control, which looks pretty sleek looking

Then we have a carrying pouch. And this feels really soft on the outside

And it's got like a nice black material on the inside. We also have a USB-C charging cable

And finally, the eye massager itself. It looks really sleek looking. We're going to have three buttons on the side, which looks like the power button, the compression button maybe, and also music

Now taking a look at the backside, there's going to be a strap that you can loosen or tighten depending on your head size

And right here is where your eyes are going to go. And this flap, you can open up a little bit

And then underneath, I mean, we can't really see anything else. It's just going to be this material

And on the inside, there's going to be all the electronics. Alright, so now it's finally time to test these out and I was looking at the instructions just because there's gonna be a lot of different settings that we can control

Then same thing goes for the actual remote control itself. So put it on. I think I want to loosen this a little bit first

All right, and before I get nice and comfortable Here's the different buttons on the control and we'll control the different intensities the different modes on it Bluetooth linking

So if you want to turn it on or off and in this case I already linked it to my phone so I can play my tracks and listen to it

I can skip the tracks, decrease volume, increase volume, and then change the vibration mode

So there's strong, there's low, and then there's no vibration. All right, so now time to just lay back and relax

And they say the recommendation for this is no more than 20 minutes. So I'm going to do a 10-minute timer

And to turn this on, I do have to manually press it over here. So where's the big button

Right, yeah, this is it. And it's capacitive touch. And hopefully you can hear what's going on

Oh wow So this is air pressure plus heat mode and my eyes are closed and I feel pressure like around my eyes mostly up top here and on the sides and there is heat so it getting warmer but

it's not like an uncomfortable type of warm yeah I can see how this can be really relaxing

now if I open my eyes I can see what's going on down here so it's not like

fully, fully immersed, but it's still good because either way I have to keep my eyes closed

So now let me check the next mode and I have to press the end button, which would be right over

here. Okay. So it said air pressure plus heat plus vibration. And I don't know if a lot changed or

not, it kind of feels a lot of the same and just more air pressure right now. So it's like

compressing me more, but it's not like a tight compression. It's not uncomfortable. It feels

like nice and soothing. Like somebody's giving me like a soft massage. And now I feel the

vibration. It's like little pulses. Kind of reminds me of a metronome. It keeps going the same

the same speed. Now let me change the mode. Alright, so now it's air pressure only

so the vibration is off and the heat is off. And it's slowly starting to get

less and less warm. I mean, I still feel that it's warm

right now though. But I don't feel like the heat increasing anymore

And now the only thing I could focus on would just be the air compression

which is going towards the sides, it's compressing on the sides over here, and then it loosens

it up and then it compresses it like more towards my eyes, towards like the center of

my nose kind of, and it just keeps that cycle going. Now it's time for the next mode

Heat only. Alright so this is heat only Yeah so everything stopped It quiet There no compression There no vibration And now I feel the heat getting warmer

And I probably wouldn't like this mode. I just want more movement going on

But it does feel pretty soothing for it to be nice and warm on my eyes

Now let me switch again. Vibration only. Alright, so vibration only mode

and again these are the little pulses going on i feel like with this noise you can't really relax as much

oh it's actually getting quicker so it's not a consistent pace it was

slow and now it like sped up a little bit and that sped up even more

and these vibrations do like give like a tingly a ticklish sensation

and then it slowed down again so yeah i think i'll go to the next mode now

so this is air pressure plus heat and i think this would be my favorite mode without the vibration

just the movement of the air pressure and the heat around my eyes all right so i believe that's

all the modes now there were five modes and now over here this would be the bluetooth mode

so if i click on it bluetooth was disconnected so let me press it again so i can connect it

now bluetooth connected and now if i want to play or skip the track i believe it will be

this button over here yeah should be this button i think Now maybe it wasn this button so let me press the other button on here Alright so right now I just changed the pressure it stronger pressure then I can click it again No pressure now But I do want pressure but I stick to the soft pressure

And right there it said soft pressure. So, the music isn't playing right now, so let me see if I can increase the volume

So it would be, I believe this would be plus. Oh, that was mute

No, I think this lowered the volume all the way down that it's mute. So let me increase it now

so it's got like its own soothing music to it so the iris one has music of its own but i wanted

to play music from my phone so I kept pressing and holding this button and eventually it switched

over to my phone and I was able to just listen to some music. I also press the button again and

this just switches tracks and afterwards I went back to the Renfo music since it was nice, soothing

and relaxing. So I did this for a little bit and then I shut Renfo's music off so I can relax in

silence. All right so when you're done using it you can go ahead and turn it off either by holding

the button over here or by holding the M button for a few seconds

And it shuts right off. So now I can take this off

Oh, everything is so bright. So overall this was a pretty fun experience

I can definitely see how this can be relaxing and especially if you're trying to fall asleep

at night using this like 10-20 minutes before bed, taking it off and then going to sleep
