The 4 Primary Tai Chi Pole Shaking Drills

Tai chi pole shaking drills give you the ability to develop internal strength and teach you how to develop energy that moves from the center. A lot of people struggle with this in the beginning if they start with the long pole or a pole that is too stiff so I am going to show you how to begin using a tai chi spear so that you can make incremental progress. In this video I am going to give a quick overview of 4 primary pole shaking activities and then how to connect them together into a series of drills. At the end I will share what my progress was like so you know what to expect.
