vulnerable women who related to his

at the time and we believe still does

absolutely shocking

the predatory behavior the control

the manipulation the sexual impropriety

the transmission in some cases allegedly

obscene material to minors it just

just want folks just thrown into prison

different levels of sexual predators

asked all the time i think there's a

never can be rehabilitated gotta lock

wouldn't be offending if it wasn't for

the internet

the access the addictive nature of it

anonymity of it where you know guys say

and then they do it so much online that

so they reach out and they say things

really dark turn when he starts to

become abusive and targets these people

and when you see what he's doing he'll

since the you know the

he always blames the victim in other

words he'll take somebody who is well

known in the internet community

for being underage who went out to live

is right on the top of the list

is uh involving that very story

in human trafficking and i've enlisted

of former human trafficking victims

people have become advocates and we're

working closely now and developing

an investigative program series an

interface with an

app um you know where people can report

this stuff

and then you know accurately and

verifiably get it to law enforcement

um we're out doing new you know

traditional predator shoots

um law enforcement is involved in these

you know they're up on the

youtube channel right now we're looking

at a couple different tv networks for it

but you know the overall goal here

is to integrate what we do in terms of

television and digital broadcast with
19:59
what law enforcement has become

very good at some law enforcement in

terms of

you know rooting ferreting this out and

then creating a concept for citizens

viewers consumers to report stuff and

have it all go into database i mean

look the national center for missing

exploited children does it does an

excellent job but i think there's a

there's another

way to look at it as well and it it it

involves

you know education and media and

exposure because i've always said and i

know i've said this to you before but

it it it's the mantra of this kind of

reporting of the

one reporting the documentary and

everything else we do is

if you can get into the mind of a

criminal and get a sense for how it

works and hear the voice of a victim

then you can prevent other people from

becoming victims and the whole

idea behind this is to to do it in a way

that's compelling and gets people's

like this um particular documentary on

in my young life and they sell these

and that's what happened to the girl on

necklaces her and her mother were

playing with the ouija board

i think there's a strong connection and

aspect of these predators minds and
