Upon arrival, crews found heavy flames coming from the roof of a strip mall and transitioned to defensive operations. It took approximately 25 minutes for firefighters to bring the fire under control. A man who identified himself as the owner of the nearby restaurant El Compadre was observed watching as the business burned. He provided an interview in Spanish regarding the incident. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, and a significant number of firefighters were involved in the response.
