US, Los Angeles: Downtown LA Man Shot Chaos Erupts.

Los Angeles, United States - July 26, 2026 07/26/2026 02:00 am GMT-0700 Downtown LA – A shooting occurred just before 2 a.m. Sunday near South Broadway and Olympic Boulevard, in a nearby alley. At least one male victim sustained gunshot wound(s). The condition of the victim is unknown, and there is no description of the shooter at this time. Following the shooting, police briefly detained a woman after an altercation while officers were attempting to disperse a large group in the area. A help call was requested, and a shooting investigation is currently underway.
