Zelenskyy met separately with Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal, and Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten during the Defense Industry Forum at ATO Congresium. Zelenskyy and Jetten also signed a defense cooperation agreement between Ukraine and the Netherlands. NATO heads of state and government are meeting in Ankara for the alliance's 2026 summit, which focuses on implementing the defense spending commitments agreed at last year's summit in The Hague, sustaining military support for Ukraine and expanding defense industrial production. The Ankara meeting marks the second NATO summit hosted by Türkiye, following the 2004 Istanbul summit. The gathering also provides a platform for bilateral meetings between Türkiye and allied countries on political, security and economic cooperation.
