Erdogan, who is in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of State Summit, began his meetings on the sidelines of the summit. He first held a one-on-one meeting with Aliyev at the hotel where he is staying.
