Türkiye: Red pandas in Türkiye's Bursa Zoo celebrate first birthday.

VARIOUS OF RED PANDAS EATING CAKE-SHAPED MEAL TO CELEBRATE THEIR BIRTHDAYBURSA, TÜRKİYE - JUNE 9: Red panda cubs born last year at Türkiye's Bursa Zoo have turned one year old with the occasion marked by a special birthday celebration including a cake-shaped meal prepared by zoo staff. Born in June last year as part of the European Endangered Species Programme (EEP), the two healthy cubs were raised under special care, including a diet of fruits, bamboo and grain-based mixtures, and are kept in temperature-controlled rooms during extreme weather conditions. The zoo, located in the Osmangazi district and covering 206,600 square meters, houses 1,076 animals from 138 species. The facility includes 11 ponds, approximately 2,000 trees, 50,000 shrubs and 150,000 groundcover plants, and receives around one million visitors annually.
