South Africa: SADC foreign ministers meet in South Africa’s Kruger National Park.

The meeting, held from May 22-24 at the Nombolo Mdhluli Conference Centre in Skukuza, the administrative headquarters of the park, brought together foreign ministers and senior representatives from Angola, Botswana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Discussions at the meeting are focusing on the impact of global geopolitical shifts on the region, as well as infrastructure development, transport and logistics, the free movement of people, goods and services, industrial development, regional value chains and trade.
