Israeli Forces Say Islamic Jihad Rocket Operative Killed in Khan Younis.

Gaza - October 01, 2026 Israeli forces said a strike in the Khan Younis area yesterday killed Bilal Mahmoud Suleiman Samiri, described as an operative in the rocket unit of Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s Khan Younis Brigade. According to the IDF, he had been involved in planning attacks and ambushes against Israeli troops operating near the Yellow Line, in violation of the ceasefire.
