Held under challenging conditions, the session highlighted the Navy’s exceptional underwater operational capabilities and proficiency. The initiative also showcased the unique synergy between yoga, military discipline, and physical fitness. International Day of Yoga is observed annually on June 21st. It was established by the United Nations General Assembly in December 2014, following a proposal by India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. The day aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga.
