VARIOUS OF BODIES BEING CARRIED TO AMBULANCEGAZA CITY, PALESTINE - JUNE 4, 2026: 9 Palestinians, including 2 children and 2 women, who were killed in Israeli strikes carried out overnight at four different locations in Gaza City, were laid to rest on Thursday. According to local sources, many people were killed and injured in attacks targeting residential buildings in different parts of Gaza City. T The bodies were brought to Shifa Hospital after the strikes. Israel's genocide in Gaza since October 2023 has killed nearly 73,000 Palestinians and injured more than 173,000, most of them women and children, according to Palestinian figures. Despite a ceasefire that took effect on Oct. 10, 2025, the Israeli army has killed 936 Palestinians and injured 2,903 in near-daily attacks, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.
