China: Hong Kong Leads Asia in Tech Ecosystem Rankings.

Hong Kong - September 01, 2026 Hong Kong's innovation and technology ecosystem is ranked first in Asia and fifth globally, according to a white paper unveiled at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation's 25th anniversary event in Hong Kong on September 1, 2026. The report, jointly released by HKSTP and market analysis platform CB Insights, assessed startups on business growth momentum, fundraising capacity, market potential and leadership strength, awarding Hong Kong a score of 370 points.
