Various of people clearing mud, debris Storyline Recovery efforts were underway in a flood-hit county in central China's Hunan Province on Saturday after several days of heavy rainfall came to an end, with local authorities working to restore normal life and resume school operations. In Shimen County, Changde City, authorities have organized large-scale cleanup work in affected towns and villages, clearing mud and debris from streets, schools and kindergartens. At Yingjiaya Village in Suojie Township, teachers prepared classrooms and dormitories for students to return as newly donated desks and chairs arrived on Saturday.
