Selcuk Bayraktaroglu attended the NATO Military Committee Chiefs of Defense meeting in Brussels on Wednesday, May 20. On the sidelines of the NATO meeting, Bayraktaroglu also held several bilateral and informal meetings with counterparts, according to a statement shared on the Turkish General Staff’s social media account. The highest NATO and NATO Allies military authorities met in Brussels, with the agenda including a special meeting with NATO Secretary General, Mr. Mark Rutte, for a discussion on the Alliance’s political objectives, priorities and milestones on the way towards the NATO Summit in Ankara on July 7-8.
