Türkiye: Turkish and Belgian defense ministers meet in Ankara.

Francken reviewed the guard of honor before entering a private session with Guler. The highlight of the summit was the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) aimed at deepening collaboration between the two nations' defense industries. The signing ceremony was attended by Haluk Gorgun, President of the Presidency of Defense Industries, and Lieutenant General Bernard Phaleg, Director of National Armaments at the Belgian Ministry of Defense.
