All except diesel have been increased by five taka each, according to the country's Energy and Mineral Resources Division, which issued a notification on Sunday setting the new rates, effective Monday. According to the new rates, octane now costs 145 taka per liter, petrol 140 taka, and kerosene 135 taka, while diesel will remain unchanged at 115 taka. The division said the prices were revised in line with global fuel oil market fluctuations. [Restrictions: No access Chinese mainland]
