Alex Cooper accuses coach of sexual harassment, Boston University responds

The girl who turned sex into a conversation is now starting a different one

Podcast host Alex Cooper, known for sparking bold dialogue around intimacy, is pulling back the curtain on her past

And now, Boston University is responding to allegations she says the school ignored

But this week, she's making headlines for a very different reason. In her new Hulu documentary, Call Her Alex, Cooper accuses her former soccer coach at Boston University, Nancy Feldman, of sexually harassing her over the course of three years

But I can't play for this woman. They said, well, we're not going to fire her, but you can keep your entire scholarship

Cooper says the misconduct lasted through her junior year. At one point, she says her parents

even met with the university's athletic director, yet no investigation was ever launched. Among the

allegations, Cooper says Feldman reportedly made inappropriate comments about her body and her sex life. In one instance, Cooper claims that after being dropped off on campus by a man

she was dating, Feldman called a private meeting and asked whether they had slept together

Soon after, Cooper says she was binged for the opening round of the NCAA championship

because Feldman said sleeping off campus was unsafe. Near the end of filming her documentary, Cooper says she learned she wasn't alone

Other women had allegedly experienced the same thing, and some still do

Feldman coached at Boston University for 27 years before retiring in 2022, according to BU Today
