This vegan lentil loaf is my most popular holiday recipe ever

It's tender, it's full of flavor, and your whole family will love it

Start by cooking your lentils 5 minutes longer than the package instructs to get them really soft

Then mash them halfway, leaving some whole pieces. Make a flax egg with water and ground flaxseed and set it aside to thicken

Then cook some finely chopped onion and garlic on the stove for about 5 minutes

then add celery, carrots, and raisins and cook 3 minutes more. Make a paste from ketchup, soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce

thyme, oregano, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Then mix in your flax egg

Mix your lentils with your vegetables, mashed pineapple, boiled oats, oat flour, and seasoning paste

Then press it into the pan evenly. Prepare a glaze from ketchup, maple syrup, pineapple juice, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce
