NBA All-Star Game Needs a Fix: A 3-on-3 Tournament Idea

This is an idea that could potentially fix the NBA All-Star Game

After the East blew out the West last night and recorded the most points ever scored at 211

it seems that everyone is tired of the unserious attitude players have towards the All-Star Game

But the problem is, there's legitimately zero incentive to take it seriously

If a player like Jokic, Jason Tatum, Luka, or anyone in that regard were to blow their knee out

the masses would be ripping them for going hard in a meaningless game. So here's what the NBA should do instead

a three-on-three tournament. Shorten the court a little bit since it's three-on-three. Eight teams

of three, four from the West and four from the East, single elimination, shorter games for the

opening round, a tad longer for the semis and finals, and have a massive prize pool for the

winners, like $10 million. Tell me that wouldn't resurrect All-Star Weekend while still keeping

true to the roots of All-Stars playing in an actual game of basketball
