How to Create a Dividend Scanner in ThinkorSwim

In today’s video we’re going to create a dividend scanner on the ThinkorSwim desktop platform. Use this scanner to find dividend paying stock in the stock market. We’re going to create a basic template to weed out as many companies as possible. From there, we’ll go through the process of adding additional filter to narrow it down even further to only those dividend paying companies that you would actually feel confident holding for the long run. In this video we’ll narrow it down by the dividend yield of the company, price to earning ratio, average volume, stock price, and by industry.
