Fennel soup with leek and spicy mustard

It really was almost incomprehensible. As a huge mustard lover, I didn't have a recipe for mustard soup on my website until recently. But with the addition of this delicious Fennel soup with leek and a spicy mustard, I quickly changed that. The unique aniseed flavor of the fennel combines surprisingly well with the sharp, characterful taste of the mustard used. The leek, which I had lying around, gave me the perfect opportunity to use up leftovers and adds an extra dimension to this soup.
