Hi guys doing Scott Melton with Stella Arms, we're out here at MCOM 2025's range day
0:06
We're out here showcasing our products right here with me today. I'm holding our specialist which is a 13.9 AR
0:12
We're a manufacturer, small manufacturer out of Lincoln, Nebraska. Our roots and our start of our company was born in aerospace, building parts for SpaceX, NASA
0:24
We do contracts for like Department of Nuclear Energy, stuff like that. doing a lot of one-off really special parts
0:30
And so we had a passion for firearms. So about 15 years ago, we started doing some custom ones
0:36
And over those 15 years, we've evolved. And now we've gotten to a point where we're actually launching some lines
0:41
and a lot of special releases. You know, one of the things about us is coming out of that aerospace roots
0:46
you know, we build it like you would on an airplane built. So we've gotten really tight tolerances
0:51
Every single rifle is built by one armor. That means it gets all the parts or the machining
0:56
everything gets anodized, coated, whatever that may be, and one armorer puts this together
1:01
Puts it together from start to finish, checks all the systems, function checks
1:05
and does test firing on it. So a lot of passion and pride goes into building these
1:10
So we're excited to be out here and sharing this with the MCON family
1:14
With the tight tolerances that we're using our same kind of aerospace standards
1:17
the mate between the upper and lower is really important for accuracy
1:21
and the functionality of the weapon. So with all that mate really tight
1:25
to make sure that it's a reliable weapon and it stays on target. So with all of our rifles, we guarantee MOA accuracy
1:33
which is a high precision accuracy for an AR platform. We actually have this very same gun, this 13.9
1:40
to have a guy that's shooting it out to 1,200 meters and staying on target
1:43
A couple of the other features we have with ours that are unique and proprietary to us is our charging handle and this is called our throttle charging handle so it has really oversized levers on it so it really easy to grab especially have gloves on like you see here the LPVO
1:56
optics sometimes get in the way of general charging handles and then this
2:00
one actually has in here is our gas management system so when shooting
2:04
suppressed you build a lot of back pressure up that gas can get blown back
2:08
in your face so we have some porting within the charging handle that takes that gas and blows it out past the chamber here, so they're varying all that gas forward
2:16
and away from the shooter, giving a much better shooting experience. This particular one here is chambered in 5.56, but we do make the same in a 6mm arc
2:27
We have 300 blackout models and like an 8-inch short, great for home defense
2:32
And we also have .22 arc and a couple different calibers. We also have, beyond what I'm holding here today, the specialist, we have our technician, which is a 16 inch, a little bit longer
2:46
And then we also offer a 11 and a half inch, same style grip as this, with a pistol brace on it
2:53
So, legally a pistol. One of the other features we have on our specialist is the ambi bolt release
2:58
So, we have our ambi controls for our safety here. And they are 45 degrees
3:02
So, as you can see, real quick, you don't have that full 90 degrees all the way over. So, it is an ambi
3:07
We also have our ambi bolt release. So for us right-handed guys, as you go to load a mag
3:11
first you have to put your thumb up here and hand up here, so the mag goes in and you simply can release the bolt there
3:16
So a lot quicker reloads, keeping you on target, less focused on other parts of the weapon
3:22
Like I was saying, we put a lot of pride and passion into what we build
3:27
and we back that up with a warranty. So we have a limited lifetime warranty. So anything goes on with this rifle, you get a hold of us, send it back, we will fix it
3:34
You wear a barrel out, we're going to fix it. So we put a lot of pride in what we do and we back what we say in that
