hi this is Frank I'm Rachel Ange super
0:12
volunteer at proshape of metal inch out
0:15
in Massachusetts and Ray has had me
0:25
building this English wheel for about
0:27
two months now and his plan is for me to
0:30
build ten of them by September I told
0:34
ray not to like get his expectations too
0:36
high we do go at it from time to time
0:40
but it's all good it's fun to work here
0:43
and go over ideas with ray innovations
0:46
and different things like that so ray
0:49
came up with this design of a double
0:52
square English wheel and we laid it out
0:54
we figured some dimensions we cut some
0:57
pieces we fitted of them we made a jig
1:01
to hold all the pieces while I welded
1:03
them and Ray for the finishing touches
1:06
wanted me to put bondo over all the
1:10
welds so the wheel would look nice and
1:12
smooth because sometimes my welds don't
1:16
and so all week long I've been doing
1:20
this the flat parts not bad but when you
1:23
get inside the triangles and trying to
1:26
sand in there and stuff it takes time
1:28
and filling in all the little pits and
1:30
stuff so we have the English wheel here
1:32
we have the legs here which is just
1:35
about done and I think by next week
1:38
we'll have this all painted up and we
1:41
have the mechanism made for it we're
1:43
going to make the bottom piece so
1:45
possibly in a couple of weeks you will
1:47
see a finished English wheel depending
1:50
on how motivated I am the designs are
1:53
online at pro shape and calm and just
1:56
one more thing my name is Frank Villa
1:58
and this is the back of my card and I
2:03
collect these cans and as you can see
2:05
it's Frank Miller's not loose enough and
2:07
yes I do have that kid along with Frank
2:11
Miller's all rubber patch repair kit
2:13
maybe I'll bring you a picture that one
2:16
next time thanks for tuning in the pro
