Positively Devine Trader Joe's Bread
🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need 🛒
✅️ 2 cups Trader Joe’s Organic Soymilk (No additives / or sub any unsweetened, plain, plant-milk) (or sub with 1c Soymilk + 1c Water)
✅️ 2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
✅️ 3 cups Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains & Seeds (or sub plain gluten free rolled oats – see flax seed adjustment)
✅️ 3 Trader Joe’s Organic Dried & Pitted Deglet Noor Dates – chopped very fine (or sub 2 pitted medjool dates, or 1 to 2 Tbsp TJ Organic Date Syrup or 1 Tbsp Date Sugar (less healthy option) or omit!)
✅️ 1/4 cup of mixed chopped nuts & seeds
(I like to use walnuts, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds. It's normal if your bread turns green from sunflower seeds)
✅️ 1.25 tsp Trader Joe’s Organic Ground Flax Seeds (or sub ground chia seeds, or zen basil seeds)(Use 1 Tbsp if subbing with plain oats)
✅️ 1 tsp Trader Joe’s Baking Soda
✅️ 1/2 tsp Trader Joe’s Sea Salt Fine Crystals
(sub any other fine ground salt, or sub 1 tsp Salicornia Green Salt or your favorite salternative for a salt free option)
