It took years of research to finally put names to my conditions: The itchy AF leg bumps were Dermatitis Herpetiformis (a celiac disease manifestation) Today, I finally learned the finger and palm blisters were Dyshidrotic Eczema triggered by my wheat allergy It's been 15 years since I eliminated wheat from my diet, and now I only experience occasional finger blisters from restaurant cross-contamination.
