Small shifts, big impact.
1. Get up an hour earlier than you normally do when possible & use the time for yourself
2. Workout for 30 minutes. Break it up into short sessions if that's easier for you
3. At a minimum, aim to drink half of your body weight in pounds, in ounces of water each day
4. Swap out one food item or ingredient for a more nourishing option. Watch for my upcoming free course on this 🤗
5. Write down five things you're grateful for every single day
Nothing complex or overwhelming - just consistent practices that compound over time.
Which of these are you already doing? Which one could you start tomorrow? Remember, it's not about perfection but progress.
