Mattress Firm review: "I purchased a mattress and box spring June 12, received both, mattress appeared "used" after a week (dent in the middle??) but wasn't comfortable, had to wait 3 weeks to exchange it. Two men came, took the mattress, left the box spring exactly where it was placed the first time, brought in a new mattress. One month later, I want to exchange this one too (still giving me pain). I go into the store and ask for a different brand then make a selection: not in stock until October which is outside my WARRANTY PERIOD so had to go to another business to purchase the new mattress. OK so far? It gets much better. They issue me a refund and it's short $1200..."
