Elon Property Management review: "To day after surgery I returned to my apartment and passed the Manager... standing outside. When I opened my car door she was pulled behind my car and admonished me for exceeding the 10 MPH speed while there are high-speed bumps every several yards apart. To do this she had to get into her car and drive faster than I did. This is her retaliation against me for filing discrimination housing complaints which is a violation of local, state, and federal laws..."
