Dogs Attacking Boy in Jaipur

The negligence of municipal authorities in Jaipur again came to light when a nine-year-old boy was mauled by a pack of stray dogs. The local residents had complained to the officials about these dogs and requested them to remove the dogs from the locality, but no action was taken. What is shocking is the fact that the dogs had killed a child in the past too.
