I personally have become a huge fan of maxi skirts this year and they can easily give your casual outfits a chic feminine vibe. I love how they can also make you look more flattering if styled correctly. In this video, I'm styling one of my favorite and really awesome spring staple

And these are maxi skirts. My first maxi skirt style is a tiered maxi skirt style, which is full length

It literally falls down to the floor. Now the skirt that I'm using is from Baudain and it is in the size 8 and it's in petite size as well

so it is not that long but it runs a little bit larger that's why i picked out petite when it comes to

tiered maxi skirt i actually prefer a little bit of a print compared to it being completely solid in

color just because when it is actually pretty solid it doesn't look as stylish or it's not as fun so adding

a little bit of a print in that particular skirt makes the skirt even more stylish as well as it looks

much more interesting now i picked out a black and white print because it is more toned down and neutral

and I can pair it with other black and white pieces but as well as with colors

In my first outfit, I'm pairing this tiered maxi skirt with a fitted square neck puff sleeve top

which is black in color, complementing the black color or the black print of the skirt itself

Now, this balances out the silhouette or the volume of the maxi skirt because it has a lot of volume around your hip area
